Air covering

Krajewski operates a modern fleet of air covering machines that enable precise fiber interlacing in the pneumatic process. With the use of the latest technologies, our machines produce yarns with stable parameters and high quality, meeting the requirements of all textile industries.

Our air covering machines work both in large-scale production and for smaller, individual orders. The flexibility of the process allows us to provide solutions tailored to customer needs – from classic solid-colored yarns to more advanced compositions.

We specialize in:

  • combining elastomeric yarns with synthetic yarns of different parameters, colors, and properties,

  • producing technical yarns, including those with functional fibers (e.g., conductive, antistatic),

  • preparing calibrated packages that ensure repeatability and convenience in further processing.

Covering (SCY, DCY)

Thanks to our modern covering machines, Krajewski offers a wide range of covered yarns, both in single (SCY) and double (DCY) variants. Our production lines guarantee stable, repeatable quality and high efficiency – tailored to the needs of the most demanding clients.

Our covered yarns are used in the production of:

  • hosiery and socks,

  • elastic tapes and haberdashery,

  • medical textiles,

  • knitted and woven fabrics,

  • as well as specialized technical products.

The flexibility of the covering process allows us to create customized solutions – with a core made not only of elastic fibers but also of fiberglass, steel, or other technical raw materials.

Twisting

At Krajewski, we use modern twisting machines that allow us to produce high-quality twisted yarns adapted to the diverse needs of our clients. Our equipment ensures precise process parameters, resulting in uniformity and durability of the final product.

We twist filament yarns such as polyamides (PA6, PA66), polyesters (PES), or polypropylene. Thanks to our machines, it is also possible to combine continuous filaments with staple fibers in a single production process.

Our capabilities include:

  • twisting single yarns to increase their strength and stability,

  • twisting and combining yarns into multi-ply yarns with enhanced uniformity,

  • producing yarns intended for various applications, including sewing threads for hosiery,

  • twisting yarns on both cylindrical and conical packages.
